From the west: Take I-94 east to the Jackson Road exit. The ramp will put you on Jackson Road. Take it eastbound (it eventually becomes Huron Street). Go several miles into downtown Ann Arbor. Turn right onto Main Street. 16 Hands is in the middle of the second block, on the right.

From the north:  Take US-23 south to M-14 west to the downtown Ann Arbor exit. Turn right onto Main Street. Follow Main into downtown Ann Arbor. 16 Hands is on the right, one-half block past Washington Street.

From the northeast (Detroit suburbs): Take 275 south, then M-14 west to the downtown Ann Arbor exit. Turn right onto Main Street. Follow Main into downtown Ann Arbor. 16 Hands is on the right, one-half block past Washington Street.

From the southeast (Metro airport, Detroit, Toledo): Take I-94 west to the Saline-Ann Arbor exit. Turn right onto Saline-Ann Arbor Road, which turns into Main Street. Follow it into downtown Ann Arbor. 16 Hands is on the left, one-half block past Liberty Street.
